These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all third-party platforms (“Partner”) integrating with Reach Reporting (“Reach”). By completing an integration with Reach, you agree to the following terms:
These Terms govern how Reach accesses your API to sync financial or operational data on behalf of mutual customers. The goal is to ensure a secure, stable, and mutually beneficial integration experience.
- You (the Partner) retain full ownership of your platform and your customer data.
- Reach accesses customer data solely to deliver value within the Reach platform — including, but not limited to, reporting, dashboards, forecasting, analytics, AI-generated insights, and related platform features.
- Reach does not share, resell, or use your data for any other purpose.
- Data usage is limited to the customer accounts that have explicitly connected to Reach.
- Your API must be accessible over HTTPS and protected using OAuth 2.0.
- Tokens must be scoped to individual customers and follow standard access control practices.
- Reach will store tokens securely and access data in a read-only fashion.
- Your API must be reasonably available for Reach to perform scheduled and on-demand syncs.
- If you expect downtime or infrastructure changes that may affect availability, notify Reach in advance when possible.
- Reach may retry failed requests due to timeouts or transient errors.
- Reach Spec is defined and maintained solely by Reach. Partners are not permitted to change the structure, field names, formats, or behavior of the API.
- All implementations must follow the published spec exactly, without modification.
- If the spec is updated, Reach will provide notice and versioning guidance as needed. Partners may be required to adopt updates to maintain compatibility.
- Both parties agree to provide reasonable technical support during setup and ongoing maintenance.
- If data-related issues arise (e.g., missing, incorrect, or outdated data), the Partner is expected to investigate and resolve.
- Reach will handle issues related to syncing, reporting logic, and user interface behavior.
- Either party may terminate the integration at any time with written notice.
- Upon termination, Reach will stop calling your API and, if requested, delete any customer data previously synced.
- Both parties agree to act in good faith and comply with applicable data privacy laws.
- Each party disclaims any liability for indirect or consequential damages.
- These Terms do not create a formal partnership, joint venture, or exclusivity between the parties.
- The Partner is solely responsible for developing and hosting the API that conforms to the Reach Spec.
- Reach does not build or customize integrations on behalf of individual partners.
- The Spec is designed to be lightweight, language-agnostic, and simple to implement — enabling partners to use their preferred tools, stack, and infrastructure.
